We are a housing association with over 35 years of experience in providing affordable housing to key workers and those who do not qualify for social housing
Our primary focus is our residents, who are both tenants and shared ownership home owners.
We put their needs at the very core of our organisation. We provide affordable rented homes, which are 20-30% lower than market rents.
We also offer those currently not in a financial position to buy their own home outright, an opportunity to enter into home ownership via our shared ownership scheme. This includes, but is not exclusively aimed at, key workers.
These homes are usually brand new builds, which we have purchased direct from major house builders such as Barratts, Wain Homes and Places for People.
We work in partnership with local authorities, forging long term relationships to satisfy local housing need, including Guildford, Elmbridge, Merton and Weymouth & Portland Borough Councils.
We currently provide affordable housing in Greater London, Guildford, Esher, Weymouth and through our affiliated association in Cornwall, the Midlands and South Yorkshire.
We are committed to providing more homes to those who need them with a development programme across the UK.
